New Holland PD: Repeat Offender Busted With Bogus Car Inspection Sticker

A repeat offender in Lancaster County was charged after she was caught driving a vehicle with a forged inspection sticker, say police.

Ryan Asquith, 32 of Lancaster was stopped in the 700 block of West Main Street in Earl Township at 8:30 a.m. on April 6, according to a report issued by police.

She was initially pulled over for an expired license plate, but during the interaction, it was discovered that the vehicle was displaying fraudulent inspection and emission stickers, according to police.

Asquith has been charged with:

  • (1) Count of Displaying an Altered or Forged Inspection Sticker (M1)
  • (1) Summary Traffic Offense Source: New Holland Police Department

Asquith is a repeat offender, with over a dozen traffic and parking violation charges filed against her by the Lancaster Parking Authority according to court documents.

A date for her preliminary hearing has not been made public.
